Found my wallet!!!
I found my wallet hurray! Well... actually I didn't but the police did. Apparently some guy lost his scarf in the movie theatre and was searching for it when he stumbled upon my wallet. He brought it to the police and then they contacted me. You should have heard the huge sigh of relief that came out of my mouth. My mother and I were worrying about calling and cancelling all my cards over the next week. So buy finding my wallet, a huge headache has been prevented. Now I can go back to enjoying my holiday.
I still have a lot of Christmas shopping to do. I lie... I have ALL my Christmas shopping to do.
I was walking downtown yesterday with a couple of my friends and the city was all decorated with beautiful Christmas lights. I think they should keep the lights up all year round.
Unfortunately that still doesn't get rid of all the "scrooges" out there but it's a start. Sometimes it shocks me how mean some people can be. Even though there are a lot of nice people that "magically" appear this time of year, there are a lot of people who are cranky, and upset. It is the holiday season but maybe people are so stressed about finding the right gift that they don't care about anybody else. The people working at stores nowadays are trying as hard as they can to accomodate everyone. I hope that everyone takes this in to consideration when they're out shopping and I hope people try and me just a little bit nicer. Good evening.
