Finally an online home for compulsive scribblers!Hit and Run Magazine is run by Paul A. Toth and they publish "the raw materials of fiction, poetry, and other creative work: scrap metal; index cards; napkin notes; etc."
They've published an early draft of my poem "I Am the Emperor".
