ditch, snare, etc.

This month's featured poet on ditch is Matrix editor and Snare Books publisher, Jon Paul Fiorentino.

There's also an interesting interview with ditch and Trainwreck Press editor, John C. Goodman. Some of Goodman's poems can be read in pax americana #9: pax americanada. And read the interview with John C. Goodman here.

I saw Jon Paul Fiorentino recently at the Montreal Expozine and picked up three of Snare's recent books: All our grandfather's are ghosts by Pasha Malla, Jack by Mike Spry, and Variations on Holderlin by Geoffrey Hlibchuk, the winner of the 2008 Robert Kroetsch Award for Innovative Poetry. Should make for some good holiday reading. So far I've been flipping through Pasha Malla's collection and it's hilarious!
