We can all breathe a sigh of relief now that the TV writers strike is over.
Except there have been reports that there is a new novelists strike brewing...
I wonder how long it will be before poets join the fray?

This is a very clever video with a lot of great lines, but somehow the timing is off; it didn't make me laugh, although it should have.
This got me thinking that it could be amusing to see a comedian strike. They could picket by refusing to have good timing, or make witty and yet insightful comments about their surroundings.

The only part I really got a kick out of was when the CEO of Penguin Publishing was asked for a comment and was laughing hysterically.
A comedian strike would cause total chaos. I shudder to imagine the destruction that would follow...
