The Gloaming, a magazine started in 2006 by students from Montreal's Concordia University has a call for submissions. They publish science fiction, fantasy, and horror; providing an outlet for genre work that generally doesn't get published in literary journals and magazines. I've had a couple of pieces published by them in their previous issues and encourage those who are interested to check out their website for more information.
