Sekou Sundiata Dies at 58

I was not too familiar with the work of Sekou Sundiata, however, I found out about his death because he was a professor in the writing program at The New School. Sundiata was well-known as a poet and performer, who greatly influenced artists such as Ani DiFranco and Soul Coughing's Mike Doughty - who had both been students of his in a poetry workshop at The New School.
