City Rag recently listed The 50 Greatest Cartoons as voted on by the animation industry in 1994 and they found online videos for many of them (although some of the cartoons have been removed from YouTube for copyright infringement but many are still there).
I saw a lot of these cartoons when I was a kid and they bring back plenty of good memories:"What's Opera, Doc?" introduced me to opera "Porky in Wackyland" made me appreciate Salvador Dali's art, and some other favorites of mine include "Duck Amuck", "Duck Dodgers in the 24½th Century", and of course the classic"One Froggy Evening", which was partly an inspiration for my recent short piece entitled "Showbiz".
