The inventor of Ramen noodles dies: University students from around the world mourn
Momofuku Ando, the inventor of the world's first instant noodle and cup noodle passed away on January 5, 2007 of heart failure at the age of 96. Thanks for all the late-night snacks, Mr. Ando.
Ramen noodles are a stample of the Korean diet! We eat ours with egg, leaks and a side dish of kim-chi. University students may be mourning, but we're hurting too.
