Dialect Society Picks Word of the Year: "Plutoed"

To “pluto” is “to demote or devalue someone or something”. This term came about after the General Assembly of the International Astronomical Union decided that Pluto no longer met their definition of a planet... Wordsmiths have a lot of time on their hands but at least they have a sense of humor.
