A fun weekend ahead

Maryn and I stopped by BridgeStreet Cafe for some snacks and I noticed a flyer advertising for the Bagtown Fringe Festival which starts today. I didn't realize the Fringefest was starting this week so that was a nice surprise. I've been a little out of touch with Sackville happenings since coming back from Ontario.

There are a number of shows I'm really interested in seeing like Clean Slate, written and directed by Valmai Goggin (I've worked with Valmai on a number of occasions so I'm looking forward to seeing one of her works performed) and Dogg's Hamlet/Cahoot's Macbeth by Tom Stoppard.

Tomorrow we're also thinking of going to Moncton for the day since I'm going to be leaving Sackville next week and hopefully we'll be back in time to attend the Poetry Slam tomorrow night at Ducky's.
