Hello everyone, I'm back in Sackville and a little sore but as you can read, our excursion to Port Elgin was successful. Port Elgin is a small town of 400 (and you thought Sackville was small) and it is 33 km away from Sackville.

There's a TransCanada trail that leads you from place to place and we originally planned on walking there but we're happy we were able to find two bikes - otherwise the mosquitoes and flies would have eaten us alive.

Here's a link that gives you more information about the trail and you can also find a PDF map to follow in our footsteps... er bike paths: TransCanada/New Brunswick Trail

I'll also be posting photos of our trip in a few moments so you can see the beautiful trail. We saw lots of beautiful wildlife and really got away from civilization because between Sackville and Port Elgin there is absolutely no civilization. Seriously, nothing but the splendor of nature.

Enjoy the pics!
