Maryn arrived from France on Saturday evening after a long delay (she was supposed to be in Montreal at 1pm but made it at 11pm!) but it was well worth the wait to see her. I'm so glad we were able to keep in touch while we were apart using long-distance phone cards, e-mail, and webcams - ain't technology grand?

We've both grown as people over the past year and have embarked on independent roads of discovery but through it all, we were still able to maintain a strong closeness and intimacy despite the distance.

So, I'm looking forward to finishing my summer classes and then spending the rest of the summer working and living in Sackville; enjoying some quality time with Maryn.
