I'm back from seeing the 3rd annual International Celtic/Acadian/Louisiana Festival and it certainly was a toe tapping good time. The music ranged from traditional music from Les Iles de la Magadalen, bluegrass, to waist shimmying rhythms from Cape Breton Island. It was so much fun! I'm pooped so I'm not going do that much writing but I'll post some photos and info on some of the bands that I thought really stood out. Suroit was amazing! I still have a ticket for tomorrow so I'll be posting my own photos after the event is over. Have a great Victoria day weekend.
