Good evening Moondoggy readers. I had a great weekend and ended up going apple picking with Josh, Ryan, Eva and her friend on Sunday. We left at 11:00 and were a little unsure about the way to get there but after some little obstacles we got there safe and sound. The weather wasn't very warm but it was brisk, and sunny for most of the time we were there.
I'm glad we ended up going because we had a great time and those apples straight from the tree were deeeeeee-licious. The apple orchard was quite big and we were driven to the middle of it by a tractor pulling a few cars. I'd bet that the driver used to be a cowboy because he just looked the part. He had a cigarette in his mouth and I don't think I saw him smoke it. He just let it hang there and he didn't say a word. It was great.
We were also able to play with some cute little animals, and in the playground (I guess we're all just a bunch of kids at heart). I can't wait for more outdoor excursions in the coming future.
Friday I'm going to be leaving for Sackville to see Maryn and I can't wait to see her. We haven't seen each other since July so I think you can tell I'm a little anxious :)
