Melting away on a hot summer day...
Montreal is hot. Really really hot. It's funny people have this idea that Canada is a winterwonderland all year round and always freezing cold. For those of you who do not live in Montreal, the summer here is just as warm as any tropical country. Today It was 32 degrees and it's not going to get that much cooler anytime soon.
I don't have air conditioning but I am glad to have a very cool basement to relax in. I have my tv, DVD player, vcr, and computer down here so if I wanted to I could live here and not have to worry about anything. However I think my social skills would probably suffer a great deal...
I'm going to be going to check out Montreal's Jazz Festival tonight with Ryan. I'm so happy I live in Montreal. Where else can you get the Jazz Festival, Just For Laughs Festival, the Fringe Festival, and many other high calibre social events in the same summer? Have a good night everyone, I know I will.
