Good evening Moondoggy readers. I just got an e-mail letting me know that March 27th is World Theatre Day. I hope that everyone gets to enjoy theatre that day. I know I will be going to go see "Le Placard de Phillipe" at Windsor Theatre.

Inaugurated in 1962 by the International Theatre Institute (ITI) and UNESCO, March 27 was named World Theatre Day and is celebrated in more than 90 countries. This annual celebration highlights the importance of the performing arts, the experiences and inspiration they bring us, as well as the enhancement they bring to our society and to our quality of life. World Theatre Day marks the anniversary of the opening date of the 1962 "Theatre of Nations" season in Paris.
